Mortality, Medical, Surgical or Loss of Use

If your insured animal becomes ill, sustains an injury, has an accident or dies, you need to report the incident immediately. You may notify our office at 800-617-2450 during regular business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST Monday thru Friday). If you need to report an incident and it’s not during our normal business hours, please follow the instructions below.

If your policy begins with FIM, you have a StarNet policy and would need to call Frank Aubrey Equine Adjusting at 800-431-1565
If your policy begins with AMP, you would need to call Great American Ins. Co. at 800-331-0211

Please try to have your policy number and veterinarian’s name and phone number available when you call. If your horse dies, a necropsy is required to determine the cause of death.

Farm or Liability

If you have property damage, immediately secure your property to prevent further damage. You may notify our office at 800-617-2450 during regular business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST Monday thru Friday). If you need to report a farm or liability claim and it’s not during our normal business hours, please follow the instructions below.

If your policy begins with CFM, you have a StarNet policy and would need to call Berkley Risk Administrators Company at 877-992-8844
If your policy begins with AFL or APK, you would need to call Great American Ins. Co. at 800-567-7359
If your policy begins with SL or FSL, you would need to call American Bankers Ins. Co. at 800-245-1505
